Here in Ming Ren Restaurant, the chefs only bring you the best Xinjiang gourmet, which of course, includes the “Lamb Specialty Cuisine” where the meats are tantalizing, tender and succulent. We recommend you “Catch the Lamb,” a soup made of lamb bone essence after several hours of steaming. There are also Roasted Lamb Leg, Lamb Skewers, and Special Almond & Pistachio Ice Cream for dessert.
